Hartlepool hospital appeal to trace next of kin of deceased patient
Hospital bosses are appealing for help finding the next of kin of a 79-year-old woman from Hartlepool.
North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust are hoping to speak to any relatives or anyone who knew Kathleen Lee, who was born on February 4,1937, and lived in Hartlepool.
Anyone who can help, is asked to contact the trust's bereavement office between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, on (01642) 383286.
