Hartlepool man living in Australia makes video showing how new hi-tech McDonald's works

Hartlepool ex-pat Moe Jwad has given fast food lovers a taste of things to come.

Moe, who moved from the town to live in Australia in 2009, has shot this video from Oz showing how the new McDonald's table service system works.

As reported in the Mail, the town's Burn Road branch of McDonald’s closed to customers last week for three weeks while it undergoes a major revamp with new digital technology installed.

Digtal kiosks will allow customers to order food which will be brought to their table by staff, but restaurant will still offer the option of ordering at the till.

Moe, who used to live in Fullbeck Close in Hartlepool, is currently doing a social work degree at western Sydney university and is set to graduate in November.
