A PHARMACY is hoping to land a Hartlepool Mail title after being hailed by a patient as “the best”.
The West View Pharmacy, on the Brus Corner in Hartlepool, has been described as “very kind and helpful” by a reader.
And pharmacy manager Craig Bingham, 32, was hailed as “having the greatest respect for customers” in a nomination for a Best of Health award.
Delighted Craig said: “We are over the moon.
“It is nice to know that people feel that way about the service that we offer.
“It is a service that we provide, and we do it because it is second nature to do what you can to help people.”
The pharmacy was also put in the running for last year’s Best of Health competition and is hoping to go one step further this year by winning a title.
The nomination added: “They are the best.”
This year, the awards are being backed by the North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust, the Hartlepool and Stockton-on-Tees Clinical Commissioning Group, and Seneca Homes.
