Hartlepool United bosses encouraged by early season ticket sales

Hartlepool United chiefs say the early sales of season tickets have been encouraging with more than 200 now sold.

Season tickets for the 2016-17 campaign have now been on sale at The Vic for just over a week.

With prices frozen this year, supporters can see each League Two game at The Vic for the equivalent of £10.87 per match, with Under 16s working out at £3.26 for each game they see.

A club statement said: "The response to the price freeze has been positive as within the first seven days we have sold over 200 Season Tickets for 2016/17 – selling around 30 each day so far.

"The deadline for Season Ticket Holders to renew their previous seats for the year ahead is Friday 17th June, with all seats released on general sale on Monday 20th June at 10am."

The Ticket Office will open from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday throughout the summer, with extended hours around sales deadlines set to be announced.
