Hartlepool United young prospects to sign professional contracts
Four prospects will today sign professional contracts at Hartlepool United.
Teenagers Josh Hawkes and Kenton Richardson, the in-form right-back, are set to put pen to paper, along with youth team colleagues, keeper Ryan Catterick and defender/ midfielder Aaron Cunningham.
The news will come as no surprise to Pools fans, certainly where Hawkes and Richardson are concerned.
Richardson has played in the last eight matches, including Tuesday’s 1-0 win at Cambridge, while Hawkes has been in the League Two squad for the last seven, coming on as a sub late in two games.
