Fire crews were scrambled to a blaze which spread from a van to a car and a house in Hartlepool last night.
The fire started in a van on a driveway in Templeton Close at about 1am this morning.
Two fire engines attended, and discovered the blaze had spread to a car and house.
No one was injured in the fire.
Watch manager Jason Wood, from Hartlepool Community Fire Station, said: "Two crews attended the incident in Templeton Close, Hartlepool, at about 1am this morning after we received a call to a vehicle fire.
"When we attended, a van was well alight on the driveway, which had spread to another vehicle.
"Both vehicles had radiated heat to the adjoining premises, which caused heat damage to the front of the premises.
"It was confirmed that all occupants were out and we then extinguished the fire and removed the smoke from the premises."
