Or are you a nurse or midwife who is looking to make a return to work. The North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust could have the answer.

The Trust is holding a recruitment open day on Friday, June 3, for newly qualified nurses and midwives, nurses returning to practice or those who are looking for a new challenge.

It runs between 9am to 12pm in the Tees meeting room at the University Hospital of North Tees.

Assistant director of nursing, workforce and quality Emma Roberts said: “This is a great opportunity to find out more about the trust and to come and talk to some of our staff from different wards and departments.”

It gives people a chance to find out more about the trust’s “return to practice” pilot project run in conjunction with the Health Education North East and Teesside University.

People can also learn more about the Trust’s preceptorship programme, career opportunities and training and development.
