Organisers say the weather was amazing, as were the crowds of parents and children who came along to make it a wonderful day.
The event was held at The Place in the Park in Ward Jackson Park in Hartlepool.
There was a visit by the Easter Bunny, who gave away 370 cream eggs as prizes for the Easter egg hunt.
There were also dozens of prizes on offer for everyone who took part in the colouring competition.
Organisers say a list of unclaimed prizes can be found on the Friends of Ward Jackson Park Community Facebook Page.
Three hours of fun were enjoyed at the funday and other attractions included free crafts and activities, a fun fair, a tombola, and a raffle.
The event was free to attend.
And for anyone wanting to enjoy more fun at Ward Jackson Park, another fun day is on the way.
The Friends’ next event will be the Summer Funday which will be held on Sunday, July 19.
It will run from 1pm to 4pm.
The Friends Of Ward Jackson Park was formed in 1998. Its aim is to encourage the use of the park by all the community.
It works in partnership with Hartlepool Borough Council, and alongside the Parks and Countryside Team.
The Friends group holds four events each year for people to enjoy the park and for more funds to be raised to ensure the park is maintained in the interests of the people of Hartlepool.
New members are always welcome, especially people who can contribute ideas for activities and events and who would be willing to help set up events.
