Labour holds Stockton North as Alex Cunningham retains seat

Labour held on to Stockton North in yesterday's General Election.

Alex Cunningham from the party will serve another term for the constituency after polling 24,304 votes.

In second place was Conservative Mark Fletcher who managed to get 15,589 votes, while UKIP's Ted Strike was third with 1,834.

The Liberal Democrats' Sarah Brown finished fourth with 646 and Emma Robson of the Green Party 358.
