Positioned in a residential area, the 0.72 acre site has numerous schools and colleges within walking distance. Full planning consent was granted in May 2014 to demolish the former pub and build two three-bedroom semi-detached houses and 12 three-bedroom town houses.

Richard Reed MRICS, head of John Pye Property, said: “We do expect that there will be a lot of interest in this plot with a guide price of around £300,000 and a Gross Development Value approaching £2 million.”
