A majestic line-up of events for Michelle's students

MBA students who are looking forward to a busy year.

The Michelle Brown Academy of Dance & Theatre Arts (MBA) will have students performing at St Matthew’s Hall in the town on Saturday, June 11.

Academy founder Michelle Brown said the event was “to celebrate the Queen’s 90th birthday.”

But that is just the start of a packed schedule for Michelle’s students. Its summer school will run from Monday, July 25 to Friday, July 29.

It will also be held at St Matthews Hall and will run from 9am to 3pm each day with a show performance at the end for parents.

Michelle added: “It is a week jam packed full of musical theatre, drama, singing and dancing. Last year was a roaring success and everyone had a fabulous week.”

On top of that, MBA students are also taking part in competitions and later in the year, the academy’s annual show will be held.

It will take place at Manor School in Hartlepool from Thursday, November 17 to Saturday, November 19 and Michelle said: “Overall this is an exciting year for MBA.”
