Singer Michael Rice is on his way to the Eurovision song contest to fly the flag for the UK.

Hartlepool Eurovision star Michael Rice is on his way to Tel Aviv.

The Hartlepool star, who found fame on BBC show All Together Now last year after being crowned the winner, will perform his song Bigger Than Us next week as part of the competition. As he jets off to Tel Aviv for the contest's start, we take a look at how excited he was to start the journey.
