Police plea to find missing elderly man John Rattigan last seen in Hartlepool

An elderly man, aged 73, has been reported missing and Cleveland Police are appealing for help from members of the public to find him.

John Rattigan was last seen at an address on Albany Court in the town at around 8pm on Thursday, January 23.

He has been described as being around 6ft 1” to 6ft 4” tall, of proportionate build with distinctive tattoos on his right hand.

A spokesperson for Cleveland Police said: “He wears glasses and he may have been wearing a dark jacket and jeans when he went missing.”

Anyone who may have seen John, or anyone who may believes they know of his whereabouts is urged to call Cleveland Police on 101. Any information you may have could help officers to locate him.
