Teenager missing from Billingham could have headed for Sunderland as police ask for help to track him down

A 16-year-old boy missing from home in Billingham could have headed for Sunderland say police as they ask for help to find him.

Cleveland Police have issued an appeal for the boy called Abdalali after he was last seen on the afternoon of Tuesday, July 20, in his home town.

The force has said it is sharing the information in the Sunderland area, as he may have headed for Wearside.

He also has links to Redcar and Ormesby and officers say it is possible he could be in the Teesside area.

When he disappeared he was wearing dark shorts and t-shirt and white Nike brand trainers.

He has short black hair that is slightly longer on top and is around 5ft 8in tall has a slim build.

Officers working to locate Abdalali ask members of the public who see him, or have information which may assist, to please call 101, reference 120682.
