ZF TRW’s HR manager Lisa Walton said: “Caring for the mind is as important as caring for the body, one cannot be healthy without the other.

“We take the health and wellbeing of our employees very seriously.”

John Scott, a surface mount operator, enjoyed the acupuncture and meditation sessions.

He said: “It was very relaxing, and taught us all a lot I think. It’s helped us to be a lot calmer, and if you’re in a stressful situation we now are better equipped to dealing with that.”
