A SCHOOLBOY was attacked in a Hartlepool park and had a tyre on his bike popped.
Three 12-year-old boys were playing by the swings in Rossmere Park with their pedal bikes at around 7.25pm on Sunday, October 5, when they were approached by a gang of eight to 10 youths, believed to be aged between 14 and 16-years-old.
One of the teenagers, a boy, approached one of the bikes and asked who it belonged to.
When the youngster answered, he was told that the tyres on the bike would be slashed.
The boy then watched as the front tyre of his bike was popped, although he did not see the implement that was used.
The boy went over to get his bike and was then kicked in the head.
The suspect is described as a white male who was wearing a grey hooded top with darker grey on the shoulders.
