Police appeal as prescription pad goes missing from Hartlepool surgery

Police are appealing for information after a prescription pad went missing from a surgery in Hartlepool.

It is believed by police that the pad was stolen sometime between Tuesday, May 24, and today, from Bankhouse Surgery, on Park Road.

The serial numbers listed on the prescription pad are 6015990301 to 6015990350.

Anyone who may have found the prescription pad is asked to return it to a police station or pharmacy.

Anyone who may have information on the whereabouts of the prescription pad is asked to contact PC Deborah Poole at Cleveland Police on 101.
