Police search for indecent cyclist

POLICE are appealing for help to trace a cyclict who exposed himself to a woman.

Officers said the woman was making her way along the promenade at Seaton Carew when the man rode past her before stopping and exposing himself.

They say the man then rode off on his bike towards the main seafront area of Seaton Carew, in Hartlepool.

Officers want any witnesses to the incident, at around 1.40pm on Saturday, August 4, to contact them.

The suspect is described as a white, but well tanned, of medium build, around 50-years-old and about 5ft 8ins-tall.

He was wearing a light blue, short-sleeved polo shirt with light coloured horizontal stripes, blue shorts and a baseball cap.

He was riding was a blue mountain bike.
