Meet the Victoria ward candidates standing in the Hartlepool Borough Council elections

This year’s local elections are just around the corner, and we have been turning the spotlight on all Hartlepool’s candidates in the run-up to polling day on May 2.

We have been concentrating on a ward each day, and today we will be looking at Victoria, the final ward in our coverage, and the four people standing for election.
