Complete 10 repetitions of the below exercises without rest.

DAY 2

Repeat the same exercises again, but complete 20 repetitions of each exercise.

20 SQUATS

20 PRESS UPS

20 STAR JUMPS

20 LUNGES

20 CRUNCHES

Each day, add 10 repetitions to each exercise.

By day seven you will be performing 70 repetitions of each exercise.
