Windy weather across Hartlepool and the region is set to continue for the rest of the week according to the Met Office.
The week kicked off with strong gales and today’s weather isn’t much of an improvement, with the Met Office forecasting a generally cloudy start with further rain, again heavy at times.
Looking ahead to the rest of the week, Thursday is starting dry and bright, but increasingly cloudy and windy with some rain by evening.
Temperatures remain high on Thursday, around 12C, but becoming colder, falling to around 9C on Friday.
Sunny intervals and blustery showers are predicted on Friday, and Saturday looks to be windy and rainy.
