There’s still time to enter our competition to win a month’s worth of personal training sessions with a Hartlepool instructor.

The fitness challenge called ‘The Weigh Forward’ comes from Lab Gym owner Ste Cotson who is offering 15 Mail readers the chance to take part in free personal training bootcamps.

Mail readers are being reminded to submit their entries before the deadline on April 29 to be in for the chance of being selected for the sessions which will kick off the week beginning May 2.

The 26-year-old from the Headland area, is offering readers who wouldn’t normally be able to afford to join a gym the chance to train with him three times a week for four weeks at no cost at his gym in Darlington Street, Hartlepool.

Ste said he wanted to help those in the town who wanted to change for the better, but didn’t have the means to do so.

He said: “It is a lifechanging opportunity as participants will not only get the training but a chance to win a year’s free gym membership.”

As well as the free personal training bootcamps worth £50, the winner of the challenge will receive a one-year free gym pass at The Lab Gym.

Once entries are in for the challenge, a few lucky winners will be selected and the Mail will follow them on their fitness journey.

Applicants must be men and women over the age of 18 who will be available to train on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4.30pm to 5.30pm and on Saturdays from 1pm to 2pm.
