The Student Choice Award - voted by the students, went to Charlie Angus.

And Student of the Year went to Ellie Mullender - voted for by staff and students as someone who persistently goes above and beyond, exceeding all expectations and being a genuinely lovely person to be around.

Executive principal Andrew Jordon said: “The event has been a huge success, it is only fair and right that we celebrate moments such as these, in order to recognise the boundless resilience and efforts of our students.”

Helen Dawson, lead in staff and pupil praise, said: “This event was the first of its kind at Dyke House College and part of a much bigger framework for recognising student success. We want students to be proud to wear our uniform, safe in the knowledge that their hard work will be recognised.”
