Two women stuck in lift in Hartlepool's Middleton Grange shopping centre
Firefighters were called to Middleton Grange shopping Centre in Hartlepool after two women became stuck in a lift.
Cleveland Fire Brigade have confirmed that they were called to the shopping centre on Victoria Road today, (April 11) following reports that two women were trapped in the lift.
A spokeswoman for the fire service said: "Two appliances from Stranton Fire Station were called at 3.55pm and rescued two females from a lift.
"They were released from the lift at 4.09pm and no one was injured."
