Hour-by-hour weather forecast as Hartlepool temperatures set to reach 24°C on Sunday
Temperatures are predicted to hit 24°C in Hartlepool as warm conditions continue on the hottest weekend of the year so far.
Met Office forecasters are predicting that temperatures will soar to 24°C on Sunday, June 13 making it the hottest day of the year.
Hartlepool looks set for long, bright sunny spells with some cloud around midday and plenty of sun into the afternoon. Be sure to pack your sunglasses!
Forecasters expect temperatures to average at 23°C with a daily high of 24°C. Everywhere will feel warmer than Saturday according to the Met Office.
The regional weather report for the North East said: “Although there will be some cloud at times there will also be long bright or sunny spells.
"Everywhere will feel warmer than Saturday, with many places becoming very warm. Maximum temperature 26°C.”
Experts at the Met Office said that during the next month ‘temperatures are likely to remain average to warmer than average with an increased risk of hot conditions’.
