Will we see the wild flowers?
Will Hartlepool Borough Council be repeating the wild flower scheme again this year?
It has been so successful since it began.
Perhaps it could be extended to even more areas this summer.
I am sure the displays are welcomed just as much by pedestrians as those driving around the town.
