The civil servants’ union is not affiliated to the Labour Party.
For decades now union subscriptions have been deducted from civil servants’ pay when they sign up to the union.
At a great expense to taxpayers this system is now being removed.
This change is costing the country money.
Any local councillor would be surcharged for the cost to the taxpayers of Britain for making this petty unnecessary change.
Why aren’t the Prime Minister David Cameron and the Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne paying for this change personally?
