Give praise where it’s due

THERE has been so much press and media about the care we receive in hospital.

It has come under criticism for nurses not showing basic compassion.

I was unfortunate to be on ward seven for a week with pneumonia.

I can state without doubt that the care I received was second to none.

From the cleaning staff to the consultants I cannot praise them enough.

They were all very pleasant and willing to do all they could.

So come on, give praise where it’s due and embrace our NHS.

Thank you all so much.
