Now it’s easy to go vegan

Not very long ago, if you told someone you were vegan, they would look at you as if you were from Mars.

These days, major restaurant chains including Pizza Express, JD Wetherspoon, Wagamama, Harvester and Pret A Manger have vegan options readily available. Sainsbury’s, too, has introduced a range of new vegan products, including its own line of dairy-free cheeses.

There really has never been a better time to go vegan. But Animal Aid hopes to make it easier, by offering support to anyone who pledges to give up meat, fish, eggs, dairy and other animal products for November with its Great Vegan Challenge.

Anyone wishing to try this compassionate, environmentally friendly and healthy way of living can visit www.govegan.org.uk or call 01732 364546 to find out more.
