Simple answer

I am writing regarding the article about the parking problem in Seaton Carew.

There is a very simple answer.

A compulsory purchase order placed on Coaster’s, the building demolished, and a car park laid attached to the existing one.

Cheap all-day parking would, in the long-term, generate extra cash for Hartlepool Borough Council.

It would ease the parking problem and finally get rid of a very prominent eyesore.

Can the council tell the taxpayers of Seaton what sort of timescale we are looking at before this issue is resolved?
