I would like to express my sincere thanks to the young lady with her family that came to my assistance in York Road, on August 11, at about 11.15am.
I had a throat seizure and was unable to draw breath.
I sometimes have them at home when alone.
Even though I have an alarm call, and they normally pass very quickly, it is very scary knowing that one day it may not pass.
That young lady will never know how grateful I was, and for the reassurance that she was there with me, and already had her phone in her hand, when it eventually passed and I was able to breathe again.
I was still very much short of breath, and was not really able to give her the thanks that she deserved.
It is really good to know that people still care and are able to come to the assistance of a total stranger, without knowing what to expect.
Thank you again young lady and family.
You truly were angels.
