CHELSEA and Tottenham Hotspur are among the Premier League clubs making today’s back pages, as speculation hots up ahead of the opening of the summer transfer window.

The name of Diego Costa has been linked with Jose Mourinho’s Blues for some time, but a more surprising rumour could be about to hit Tottenham hard.

A deal to take Costa to Stamford Bridge from Atletico Madrid has been agreed, with £50m the price, according to Metro.
