After impressing over his 39 games in all competitions last season, Anderson missed the majority of pre-season as he recovered from mouth surgery following an injury picked up at Leyton Orient back in February.

And after returning to full fitness, the former Torquay United and Chester defender started at Chorley before being forced off due to a head injury and subsequent concussion. He hasn’t featured in the first team since despite returning to full fitness.

Anderson has previously spent time on loan with the Shots and has returned to the EBB Stadium where he is set to stay until after January 4 2020.
