Here's how our Pools writer rated the players following Saturday's remarkable 4-3 win over Sutton - do you agree?
5. David Ferguson: 5
Lost Nadesan for Sutton's second goal after being caught out marauding forward. A couple of excellent balls into the box, including one second half free-kick which grazed the heads of a couple of Pools players. Photo: Frank Reid
6. Nathan Sheron: 7
Worked his socks off and made a number of threatening runs from deep, almost creating a goal after squaring the ball across the face. Got better as the game went on. Didn't really suit the role at the base of midfield but came into his own after Pools changed shape. His industry and energy means Pools don't need to play three defensive-minded midfielders, he does the work of two men. Photo: Frank Reid
7. Greg Sloggett: 4
Struggled before being taken off at half time. Hasn't quite got his passing range at the moment and made a mess of things in a couple of promising positions. Was too easy to run past and didn't really impact the game at all. Photo: Frank Reid
8. Darren Robinson: 5
Was a bit unfortunate to have been taken off after 25 minutes but was the obvious choice after being booked less than three minutes into the contest following a high challenge. Overcame a shaky start and grew into the game. Looked neat and tidy in possession and Sarll's decision to hook him was little reflection on his performance. Photo: Frank Reid
