Andrew Boyce has become the latest new face at Hartlepool United – and he will come straight into the squad for tomorrow’s trip to Stevenage.
Ronnie Moore has strengthened his defensive options by signing in the Scunthorpe central defender on a month’s loan.

Moore told SportMail this week of his desire to bring in a defender given the injury to Harry Worley and Carl Magnay’s superb form in midfield.
Boyce will be on the bench tomorrow with Moore set to continue with Scott Harrison and Matthew Bates in the middle.
But the manager was happy with his latest piece of business – the 11th new player to come through the door at the Vic!
“We need to be strong, we must have strength in depth,” said Moore.
“At this moment in time, we’re a little bit weak in that area. Dan Jones is fit again having come back from his injury and he covers us at left-back as well as centre-half.
“So if another of our central defenders gets injured now, we’re in trouble.
“We definitely need a centre-back in.”
Boyce has extensive experience at non-league and lower league level with Gainsborough, Lincoln, Scunthorpe and Grimsby.
Currently, he is out of the picture at Glanford Park and Iron boss Mark Robins is keen for him to go out on loan.
“He played a lot of games last season for Scunthorpe,” said Moore.
“He’s experienced, he has a lot of games under his belt – he’s big and strong, he’s 6ft3in, 6ft4in and that suits us at this level.
“He suits what we’re looking for at this present time.”
