LUTON Town have recalled striker Ricky Miller from Dover Athletic for the trip to Hartlepool United.
The 25-year-old, who signed for the Hatters in the summer from Boston United, has scored five goals on loan in 10 matches in the Conference Premier and is set to be included in the squad heading north.
It comes after fellow forward Ross Lafayette had an operation on a hernia this week and could be out for several weeks.
Aside from that manager John Still has no new injury concerns.
Jake Howells, Curtley Williams, Paul Connolly and Fraser Franks are back in training for the Hatters but are unlikely to make the trip. Luke Rooney could travel having recovered from a knee injury.
Pools go into the game on the back of a 2-1 win over Exeter City last weekend, while in-form Luton Town are also in form having won four out of their last five in all competitions.
Last weekend Still’s side beat Southend United 2-0 at home and the Hatters could name the same team.
Grey-haired burly centre-half Steve McNulty will also start for Still’s side ensuring Charlie Wyke will be in for a physical test.
Meanwhile, caretaker Pools boss Sam Collins is expected to name the same team in a 4-3-3 formation, although 17-year-old winger Kieran Green is pushing for another start.
Green was rested at Exeter City but impressed for the reserves midweek, despite them losing 3-1 to Doncaster Rover’s second string.
Collins told SportMail: “Kieran Green was outstanding for the reserves and he is really pushing for a start.
“I keep saying to the lads in the first team that if they are not doing it, then they won’t play.
“The ones that play in the reserves, if they are pushing and doing well then they will be in the team.
“If Kieran keeps doing what he has been, then the lads in midfield in the first team need to watch their backs very closely.”
Luton Town (likely): Tyler, Harriman, Wilkinson, McNulty, Griffiths, Ruddock Mpanzu, Doyle, Drury, Smith, Lawless, Cullen.
