HARTLEPOOL United have made their second signing of the day with Mansfield Town striker Rakish Bingham.
Bingham – who made a energetic substitute appearance against Pools recently when he came off the bench in the second half of the Boxing Day draw at The One Call Stadium – has signed on loan until the end of the season.
The 21-year-old striker joined The Stags during the summer following his release from Wigan Athletic having turned professional with The Latics in 2012.
A powerful attacker, Bingham scored on his debut for Mansfield in their 2-1 win at Exeter City at the start of September and also found the net twice when they beat Carlisle United 3-2 a fortnight later.
The 6ft centre-forward will go straight in to contention for Saturday’s Sky Bet League Two game at Wycombe Wanderers, subject to Football Association and Football League clearance.
