Dave Jones tonight made four changes for Hartlepool United's tough League Two trip to high-fliers Luton Town.

On-loan Middlesbrough keeper Joe Fryer came in for his debut in goal, with Adam Bartlett stepping down to the bench.

Liam Donnelly was ruled out with an ankle problem sustained in the 4-0 caning at Mansfield Town, so Kenton Richardson made his first start after an excellent display as sub at Field Mill.

Michael Woods returned to the starting XI in midfield with Rhys Oates coming in up front, with top scorer Padraig Amond and Louis Rooney moving down to the bench.
