Newport v Pools was called off early this morning with Rodney Parade waterlogged.
Pools fitness guru Craig Hubbard had the Pools players in the hotel gym before the squad headed back to the North-East.
“We’re lucky that the facilities we have here are first class,” said Moore.
“We’ve done some spinning with them in the gym then we’ll do some boxing and core work so it’s not like we’re just going to get on the bus and go home.”
Moore said he was desperate for today’s six-pointer to have beaten the weather.
“It’s a nightmare for us,” Moore said in an interview with Pools’ website.
“We travelled for six and a half hours down here yesterday and then got a phone call at 8am this morning so it’s very disappointing.
