Hartlepool United boss Ronnie Moore has given his strongest indication yet of what his first team is likely to be this season.
Pools play Scunthorpe United tonight (KO 7pm) in their first pre-season on home soil.
And Moore, as expected, has named a strong side.
New signings Trevor Carson, Harry Worley, Carl Magnay, Jake Carroll and Billy Paynter are all set to make their first starts at The Vic, while Rakish Bingham also starts up front.
Dan Jones and Scott Harrison will play alongside Worley at the back in a 3-5-2 formation, with Carroll and Magnay slotting in to the wing-back positions.
Michael Woods, who dislocated his ankle and fractured his fibula at the end of February, is among the subs.
Admission prices are £10 for adults and £5 for concessions, with tickets available on the turnstiles prior to kick-off.
Pools (3-5-2): Carson, Harrison, Worley, Jones, Magnay, Bates, Featherstone, Walker, Carroll, Bingham, Paynter.
Subs: Bartlett, Duckworth, Whittle, Richards, Parnaby, Woods, Oates, Fenwick, Nelson-Addy, Smith.
