HATEM Ben Arfa’s loan at Hull City is all but over, according to a report in France.
L’Equipe report that Ben Arfa is in his native France working on his fitness while an “amicable” agreement is struck to bring an early end to end his stay at the KC Stadium.
Ben Arfa, having been frozen out at Newcastle United, joined Hull on a season-long loan in early September.
There is a provision in the deal for Hull to terminate it next month.
And Ben Arfa has not featured for Steve Bruce’s side since he was substituted before the break against Manchester United at Old Trafford late last month.
However, there will be no way back at St James’s Park for the 27-year-old, who was made to train with the club’s development squad after reporting back for pre-season.
L’Equipe claim there are clubs in France, Germany, Spain and Brazil keen on signing Ben Arfa, who is out of contract in next summer.
