Harry Kane set to miss FA Cup trip to Middlesbrough as Tottenham sweat on striker's fitness
The England captain suffered a hamstring injury during Spurs’ 1-0 defeat at Southampton on New Year's Day and left St Mary's on crutches.
Kane will find out the full extent of his injury over the next few days but will definitely miss his side’s trip to Teesside.

Hide AdTottenham will then face Premier League leaders Liverpool in the Premier League the following weekend, before an away trip to Watford.
When asked about Kane’s injury follow his side’s defeat at Southampton, Spurs boss Jose Mourinho said: "Harry Kane plays every minute, he plays all the time. It might be big, it might be small.
"For sure he will be out. It is negative...hamstring is always negative. Is it a tear? Is it a small thing, is it a contraction? At this moment I cannot say."
