A few weeks ago Chuba Akpom wasn't even training with the rest of Middlesbrough's squad and appeared to be surplus to requirements following a loan spell at Greek side Paok. The former Arsenal frontman has been brought back into the fold, though, and started Boro's 1-1 draw with West Brom, when he produced an effective performance and assisted the opening goal for Isaiah Jones.
