MIDDLESBROUGH will have backing from more than 6,500 supporters for the festive match at Blackburn Rovers.
Officials at the Riverside say availability for the match on Sunday, December 28 (KO 3pm) is now “strictly limited” to single seats only following the incredible support.
Anyone looking to make the trip to Ewood Park are advised to do it sooner rather than later as the match will see Boro’s biggest away following of the season.
Previously Aitor Karanka’s Middlesbrough have sold out their allocations at Huddersfield, Rotherham and Liverpool so far this season.
Boro are currently second in the Championship table following their 2-0 home win over fellow-promotion contenders Derby County at the weekend.
