BORO will play two Turkish sides and a Croatian club during their eight-day summer tour, which begins next week.
Tony Mowbray’s men fly out to Slovenia next Wednesday and will base themselves in the small spa town of Moravske Toplice before returning home on Thursday, July 21.
Boro will play the first of three friendlies on July 14 at the Stojnci Stadium.
The opposition will be Turkish top flight side Istanbul BB SC, who finished 12th in the Super Lig last season.
Boro then travel over the border to Croatia, where they will take on Varteks Varazdin on July 17 in the Andelko Herjavec Stadium.
Varazdin finished 11th in the Croatian top division (1.HNL) but qualified for the Europa League after reaching the final of their national cup.
Boro complete their friendly fixtures with a game against Turkish side Antalyaspor at the Dravograd Stadium, which is near the Austrian border in northern Slovenia.
The club hail from the Asian city of Adana in southern Turkey and play in the country’s second division (2.Lig), finishing 12th last season.
The games all kick-off at 6pm local time.
Boro are also scheduled to play friendlies at Darlington on Saturday, July 23, Carlisle on Tuesday, July 26, and at home to PSV Eindhoven on Friday, July 29.
