LIVERPOOL, Manchester United and Arsenal could miss out on a top midfielder – while Newcastle United are in line for a cash windfall according to reports today.
The main transfer news involving Newcastle centres around former goalkeeper Fraser Forster’s proposed £10m move from Celtic to Southampton.
It is believed that Newcastle have a sell-on clause in the contract which would net them £2.5m.
Elsewhere, the Metro reports that Borussia Dortmund say they will do all they can to keep midfielder Marco Reus, 25, at the club, despite interest from Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United.
