LIVERPOOL have again been linked with a move for Sunderland goalkeeper Simon Mignolet.
The Guardian has today reported that Liverpool want Mignolet to replace Pepe Reina, should their Spanish goalkeeper depart this summer.
Arsenal had been linked with the Belgian, but they now appear to be signing QPR’s Julio Cesar.
Liverpool are also in the midst of a striker crisis, with Daniel Sturridge facing an extended spell on the sidelines and Luis Suarez wanting a move.
As a result, the Daily Mail reports they will consider bidding for Aston Villa striker Christian Benteke, 22.
