Elsewhere, Liverpool are rivalling Tottenham for FC Basel’s Egyptian winger Mohamed Salah, 21, and could also make a move for Derby’s 18-year-old midfielder Will Hughes, who has been watched by Newcastle United. Those stories are in the Daily Mail.
