Sunderland’s Larsson a target for Hull, Chelsea to swoop for Man United’s Rooney and West Ham want ex-Newcastle striker Martins

SUNDERLAND star Seb Larsson is being targeted by one of his old managers, according to reports today.

With the january transfer window moving closer, the hunt for players is gathering pace in the Premier League.

And Larsson, who is out of contract at Sunderland at the end of the season, is wanted by Hull City, according to the Daily Mirror.

Hull are managed by former Black Cats boss Steve Bruce, who also had the 28-year-old midfielder at Birmingham.

Elsewhere, according to the Mirror as well, Chelsea will revive their interest in signing Wayne Rooney from Manchester United, with the 28-year-old’s contract due to expire in 18 months.
