YOHAN Cabaye will be stronger for his battle with fatigue earlier in the season.
The Newcastle United midfielder revealed this week he battled with depression after returning from France’s Euro 2012 campaign last summer.
Cabaye has recovered physically and mentally – and hit form for Newcastle.
And United manager Alan Pardew said: “In terms of players, you’re an emotional person, and involved in an emotional game.
“You have emotions off the pitch which affect you.
“Cabaye will be a much stronger person for coming through that period. It wasn’t a deep depression. It was a fatigue in his system.
“He had the rest, and he’s as good as any midfielder in the Premier League.”
